Refund policy

We want you to love your socks from Toona Products. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we're here to help.


1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns of products up to e.g., 30 days from the date you received your order.

To be eligible for a return, the socks must meet the following strict conditions:

  • The socks must be unworn, unwashed, and unused.

  • The socks must be in their original packaging (e.g., bands, tags, boxes, or labels) and in the same condition that you received them.

  • The item must be free from any hair, dirt, lint, deodorant marks, or stains.

  • You must have the receipt or proof of purchase (your order number).

Hygiene Note: Due to the nature of this product, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if the returned socks show any signs of having been worn, tried on without other foot coverings, or if the original packaging is missing/damaged.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

The following items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Socks showing any signs of wear, washing, or use.

  • Gift Cards.

  • Items purchased during a clearance or "Final Sale" event (clearly marked).

  • Items returned without the original packaging or tags.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Send an email to toonaproductdelivery@gmail.com with your Order Number and the reason for the return (e.g., wrong size, incorrect color, defect).

  2. Wait for Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within [Number, e.g., 1-2] business days.

  3. Return Instructions: If your return is approved, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed shipping instructions and the return address.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., you received a defective or incorrect item).

  • Our Error: If the return is due to a defect or error by Toona Products, we will provide a pre-paid return shipping label.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned socks, we will send you an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approval: If the socks pass our inspection, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within  e.g., 7-10 business days.

  • Rejection: If the item does not meet the eligibility requirements (e.g., appears worn), the refund will be rejected, and we will contact you regarding the return of the item to you at your expense.

6. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged or defective item for the same product, please send us an email at toonaproductdelivery@gmail.com. We do not process exchanges for sizing or color unless the error was ours.
