Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within e.g., 1-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.


2. Shipment Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within [e.g., 24 hours].


3. Damages, Loss, and Theft

Toona Products is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

  • Damaged Items: Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. You must notify us within e.g., 48 hours or two days of receipt if an item is damaged.

  • Lost or Stolen Packages (After Delivery Confirmation): If the tracking shows the item was delivered to your address but you have not received it, we will not issue a refund or replacement. We highly recommend checking with neighbors or contacting the carrier to locate the package.


4. Incorrect Shipping Address

The customer is responsible for ensuring the correct shipping address is provided. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address provided by the customer, the customer will be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the item.

If you notice an error in your address, please contact us immediately at toonaproductdelivery@gmail.com. If the package has not yet shipped, we will correct it.
